Client’s Use and Information:

The client agrees to credit me as the artist of the commissioned artwork when reposted to other platforms.

The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only (Ex. Profile picture, banner, background, etc.).

The client is prohibited to use any portion of their commissioned artwork in any blockchain-related or AI generation technology.

Artist’s Rights:

I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to post commissioned art across other social medias.

I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason.

I reserve the right to work on personal projects between commissions.

All payments must be paid upfront through Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, or ATH Movil in USD.

If the commission is passed the sketching phase, partial refunds will be given.

Any rude or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded 50% of the total payment.

Turnaround time is from a week to a month and depending on the complexity of the commission. The client will be kept updated if there are any delays.

Provide clear, visual references (Flat colored references are preferred). If you want a specific pose, facial expressions, or background; feel free to link me references.

Once payment is received, I will send you sketches for your review to approve or make revisions before I continue with the artwork.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I continue to make adjustments.
